This is Bodhi. Isn’t she a sweetheart?? I love her blond blond hair! I was a blondy like this when I was little…my hair was bleach blond and wispy and straight. Now, its dark, thick, and curly… Crazy! Anyway. Bodhi is one of my baby planners! I did pictures with her mamma when she was pregnant, then newborn pictures, and now she is 7 months old – crazy how fast they grow up. I hope you guys enjoy your sneak peek! Bodhi is gorgeous!

Hello blog readers! New goal…blog right away! Hopefully this way I’ll stay more on top of this blogging thing! I still have some past sessions to share with you guys also, but…I first want to share this engagement session from last night!
Meet Nick and Amanda! I am in LOVE with this couple! First of all, it was 99 degress here in GA yesterday…one of the hottest days of the year…and it didn’t stop them…they were troopers the entire night! Second of all, one of the first things I said to them was “just to warn you…I may ask you to do some crazy things but just trust my vision!” And they said…”we’ll do whatever you want! Just tell us what to do…we completely trust you”- who doesn’t love a client like that?!
So…for our session we went to a little blueberry farm in Woodstock, GA. (another reason I love these two…they were totally up for doing something different!) I hope you enjoy your sneak peek of pictures guys! I can’t wait to capture your wedding next year…we are going to have a blast!
S
doesn’t Amanda have the best smile? Gorgeous darling!
yep…see…told you it was HOT! (and not just the weather!)

Wow! Another AMAZING venue to share with you! www.montaluce.com Doesn’t this place look like it is right out of an ad for California Wine Country? Nope…its right here in Dahlonega, GA! Amazing right?
We only had a few interspersed seconds of gorgeous light, but we used it to our best advantage! Oh how I love me some yummy light! Enjoy these two lovebirds! Their happiness is infectious!

What a beautiful venue for a perfect day! Tara and Danny looked amazing against the gorgeous backdrop of this pink marble mansion situated in the “Marble Capital of Georgia”, Tate, GA! Not only is the outside of the building gorgeous but the inside is incredible as well! Tara and Danny – it was an honor to be with you on your wedding day! You both looked amazing and I love the way these photographs capture just how in love with each other you are!

Meet Houston! What a cutie! Mr. Houston did NOT want to sleep for us…but…we managed to squeeze out a few seconds of sleepiness to get this shot that mom was dying for! Pweh! Can’t wait for your 6 month pictures little man!

Meet the {H} family! This family is honestly one of the nicest families I have ever met. They are so sweet and loving and kind…and just “good people”. You know the type…you don’t come across them all of the time…but when you do…you are instant friends and just can’t wait to see them again. {H} family…it was GREAT working with you and I can’t wait for our next session!
(If you can’t tell…this picture is from a few months ago…I told you I’m a horrible blogger…but I had to post them, because I just love this family to pieces! Catching up on my blogging…should be done with “old” sessions soon!)

Just a quick favorite of mine of this precious newborn! It doesn’t get any sweeter than this!

Meet Carter and Ava. I love these two! Such sweet souls and just fantastic children! Their momma wanted closeups of each of them for her to be able to frame as 16×20′s.
Ok…ok…I hear you out there! “16×20! That’s HUGE!!” Honestly, it is not…prints in sizes 4×6, 5×7, and 8×10 are considered “desk” portraits in the photography world. Images to be placed on your walls start at 11×14, and honestly, in my humble opinion, unless you are grouping an 11×14 with other images, I believe it looks to small on most walls. When images are ordered too small and placed on the wall, the focus falls away from the gorgeous picture of your family and instead, the focus becomes the fact that the image looks “odd” on the wall. So…next time you order prints, consider ordering at least a 16×20 or larger. I can guarantee you will LOVE the impact and punch it has on your walls!

One of my favorite pictures of all times. Me, my amazingly gorgeous mom, and my beautiful grandma! I set the shot up, got the settings on the camera in place, and my friend Becca snapped the picture. Thanks Becca! I will cherish it forever!

These two are so much in love, the pictures speak for themselves. So without much further ado…
